Meet the Team
Dr. Steven Neeley
Doctor
Dr. Steven Neeley grew up in Beaver, PA and has returned to his hometown to practice dentistry. He is excited to be serving his local community and their needs by bringing a high level of healthcare to each of his patients.
He enjoys playing and watching sports, especially basketball and football. He is also a very talented cook and is always coming up with delicious new dishes! He graduated from Beaver Area High School, Brigham Young University and A.T. Still University with a doctor of dental medicine degree, where he was honored with the Quintessence Award in Restorative Dentistry. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Paige Neeley (Onuska), and together they have three children, Jackie, Stevie and Aliyah.
Dr. Michael Litchfield
Doctor
Dr. Michael Litchfield was raised in the Pacific Northwest, just south of Seattle, Washington. He loves playing basketball, pickleball, and he enjoys wakesurfing. He met his wife, Merilee, while serving a church mission in the Washington DC area. They got married while he was in undergrad at Utah Valley University. Once graduated, they moved to Missouri where he attended the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Upon graduation, he received awards from the American Association of Endodontists, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Litchfield and his wife currently have two children, and they enjoy being outside as much as possible. He believes in giving every patient the best possible care, and treating them as family.
Jenna
Office Manager
Jenna graduated from Bradford School in Pittsburgh for Dental Assisting. She has been an assistant since 2012 and is now our Office Manager. Outside of work Jenna loves spending time with her family and her two rescue dogs.
Tiffany
Hygienist
Tiffany graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine- Dental Hygiene School. She takes pride in working with her patients and educating them on their oral health. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. On her own time she enjoys baking, reading and doing yoga.
Sarah
Assistant
Sarah is a licensed EFDA. She graduated from the Median school of Allied Health in 2005. She has been with Neeley Litchfield Dental since 2021 and brings with her 18 years of dental experience.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her husband and their daughter. She loves getting away to their camp for a relaxing weekend with her family and their two dogs.
Christina
Assistant
Christina is an expanded functions dental assistant and certified laser technician that has been practicing dentistry since 2009. Her area of focus is on restorative dentistry and removable prosthetics. She works closely with the doctors to give you the best possible dental experience. She is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association and the Pennsylvania EFDA Association. She is an active volunteer with the MOM & PA free dental clinic helping underserved patients in the community. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
Jaymee
Receptionist
Jaymee has been in the dental field since 2022. She has a history of customer service which has benefited her here accommodating patients at the front desk. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 new cats.
Robin R.
Robin has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. She is more than happy to help patients with Insurance benefits. Robin enjoys playing cards, the beach, and going to the casino, but her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and friends.

Kayleigh graduated from East Ohio College in 2022 and has been working in the dental field ever since. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident every time they visit our office. Building relationships and creating a welcoming, positive experience are her favorite parts of what she does. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cuddling her dog Reyna, and making the most of life’s little adventures.
Shannon
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Shannon is a licensed EFDA with more than 10 years of experience in dentistry. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient and loves helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Shannon cheering on the Steeler, soaking up all things fall, spending time with her friends and pup Loki, or relaxing around a campfire. She believes the best moments are made with great company and little fresh air.
Rachael
Dental Assistant
Rachael graduated from the Ohio Valley College for Dental Assisting in 2012 and has spent her career putting patients at ease. Dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable experience, she takes great pride in helping patients regain confidence in their smiles. Outside of the office, Rachael loves spending quality time with family, friends, and her cat Sushi. You can also find her on the golf course, playing bocce, or cheering on her favorite football team.
